Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation
✔️ Operate heavy construction equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders accurately and efficiently.
✔️ Perform grading, trenching, land clearing, and material movement as part of construction activities.
✔️ Assist with roadwork, foundation excavation, and other essential site preparation tasks.
✔️ Follow blueprints and engineering plans to execute assigned tasks correctly.

Required Qualifications
Experience & Certification
✔️ At least 2 years of experience operating heavy construction machinery.
✔️ Valid heavy equipment operator certification or equivalent qualification.
✔️ OSHA 10 or 30 safety certification (preferred but not mandatory).
✔️ A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is beneficial but not required.
