Responsibilities
Meat Cutting & Preparation
✅ Expertly cut, trim, debone, and prepare meats precisely and efficiently.
✅ Utilize traditional and modern techniques to process and portion meats.
✅ Ensure meats are properly stored and displayed to maintain peak freshness.
✅ Innovate with new techniques and unique cuts that set us apart in the industry.
✅ Minimize waste by efficiently utilizing all parts of the meat.
Hygiene & Food Safety
✅ Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
✅ Adhere to all health regulations and sanitation requirements.
✅ Ensure proper handling and storage of meat products to prevent contamination.
✅ Regularly clean and maintain butchery equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
Customer Service & Teamwork
✅ Provide expert advice to customers on different cuts of meat and preparation techniques.
✅ Assist in fulfilling special customer requests and custom orders.
✅ Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and weekly production goals.
✅ Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while assisting customers.
✅ Help in training and mentoring junior butchers or new team members.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Skills
Experience in meat cutting and butchery (professional or artisanal background preferred).
Strong knowledge of meat quality, cuts, and preparation techniques.
Ability to use and maintain butchery tools and equipment safely.
Understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
