Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain process, including procurement, production, distribution, and logistics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain objectives with business goals.
2. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, while maximizing turnover and efficiency. Utilize advanced forecasting techniques to anticipate demand fluctuations and mitigate supply chain risks.
3. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the timely delivery of quality materials and services. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize cost-effectiveness and reliability.
4. Logistics Coordination: Manage the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery and minimize transportation costs. Evaluate and optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices, automation, and technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
6. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures throughout the supply chain to uphold product quality and compliance standards. Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields. Freshers with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
