Job Description: As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support, advocacy, and resources to individuals and families in need. Your responsibilities will include:

5. Community Outreach: Engaging with community members, stakeholders, and partner organizations to raise awareness about social issues, promote our services, and establish collaborative relationships.
6. Education and Empowerment: Conducting workshops, training sessions, and educational programs to empower clients with essential life skills, knowledge, and resources.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes, and preparing reports as required by funding agencies and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in computer skills and documentation.
