As a Social Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing support, advocacy, and resources to individuals and communities facing various challenges. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Assessment and Support: Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify their needs, strengths, and goals. Provide counseling, guidance, and emotional support to help clients navigate challenges and develop coping strategies.
2. Case Management: Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Coordinate access to services such as healthcare, housing, education, and employment opportunities. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed.
3. Advocacy and Empowerment: Serve as a voice for clients within the community and advocate for their rights and interests. Empower individuals to advocate for themselves and participate in decision-making processes that affect their lives. Work collaboratively with other agencies, organizations, and stakeholders to address systemic issues and promote social justice.
4. Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate assistance and support to individuals and families experiencing crises such as domestic violence, homelessness, substance abuse, or mental health emergencies. Assess risk factors, develop safety plans, and connect clients with appropriate resources for intervention and support.
5. Community Outreach and Education: Engage with community members to raise awareness about social issues, available resources, and preventive measures. Conduct workshops, seminars, and educational sessions on topics such as parenting skills, conflict resolution, mental health awareness, and substance abuse prevention.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, assessments, interventions, and referrals. Prepare reports, case summaries, and documentation required for program evaluation, funding applications, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of community resources, social services, and government assistance programs available in Delhi.
• Experience working in social services, healthcare, education, or community development is preferred but not required for fresher candidates.
