Job Description:
As a Purchase Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's procurement process. - Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to procurement practices, ensuring full compliance at all times.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and exploring opportunities for collaboration and partnership.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. (Freshers with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply)
- Experience: Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management is preferred but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Certifications: Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CPP, CPSM) is an advantage but not essential.
