Job Description:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance.

4. Financial Management:

• Manage the hotel's budget effectively, controlling costs and maximizing revenue generation.
• Monitor financial performance through regular budget reviews and analysis, making adjustments as necessary to achieve financial targets.
• Implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy levels.

5. Sales and Marketing:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract guests and drive revenue growth.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to increase the hotel's visibility and attract new clientele.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
