  7. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term business objectives and strategic plans for the hotel. Identify market trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for innovation to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.


  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with relevant work experience or vocational hospitality training will also be considered.
  • Experience: While prior experience in hotel management is desirable, we welcome applications from passionate individuals who are eager to start their careers in the hospitality industry. Experienced candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of leadership and success in a similar role.
