Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence:

• Supervise and coordinate all activities within the hotel, including front desk operations, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency across all departments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a memorable stay experience.

2. Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate career development opportunities for staff members.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements while adhering to budgetary constraints.

3. Financial Management:

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, and implementing cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
• Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

4. Guest Relations:

• Maintain a visible presence in the hotel, engaging with guests to anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts with professionalism and empathy, striving to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
• Implement guest loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance guest retention and drive repeat business.

5. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements governing the operation of a hotel.
• Implement and maintain safety and security protocols to safeguard guests, staff, and property assets.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and mitigate operational risks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role, with a strong track record of success in achieving operational and financial objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service.
