Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and facilities management. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns to resolve issues and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals to achieve excellence in service delivery. Provide guidance, training, and support to staff members to foster a positive work environment and promote continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting, cost control measures, and strategic pricing strategies. Monitor financial performance metrics and implement initiatives to optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new guests and retain existing clientele. Identify opportunities for business development and partnerships to enhance the hotel's reputation and market presence.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the hotel's brand standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards, taking corrective action as needed to maintain excellence in all areas.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term business plans and objectives in alignment with the hotel's vision and mission. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age, with no upper age limit (both fresher and experienced candidates welcome)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel management or relevant leadership roles is advantageous
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams to achieve common goals
