Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation and Relationship Management:

2. Event Design and Conceptualization:
   • Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and design wedding themes, décor, and overall ambiance.
   • Create detailed event proposals and mood boards to visually convey concepts and ideas.
3. Vendor Coordination and Management:
   • Source, negotiate with, and manage a network of vendors, including florists, caterers, photographers, and entertainers.
   • Coordinate vendor meetings, contracts, and payments to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to budget constraints.
4. Logistics and Timeline Management:
   • Develop comprehensive event timelines and schedules to ensure all elements are executed seamlessly and on time.
   • Oversee logistical aspects such as venue selection, transportation, and accommodations for guests and vendors.
5. On-Site Event Management:
   • Direct and supervise all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, décor, catering, and guest management.
