Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation and Relationship Management:
    • Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
    • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to effectively communicate ideas and manage expectations throughout the planning process.
  2. Event Design and Conceptualization:
    • Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and design wedding themes, dรฉcor, and overall ambiance.
    • Create detailed event proposals and mood boards to visually convey concepts and ideas.
  3. Vendor Coordination and Management:
    • Source, negotiate with, and manage a network of vendors, including florists, caterers, photographers, and entertainers.
    • Coordinate vendor meetings, contracts, and payments to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to budget constraints.
  4. Logistics and Timeline Management:
    • Develop comprehensive event timelines and schedules to ensure all elements are executed seamlessly and on time.
    • Oversee logistical aspects such as venue selection, transportation, and accommodations for guests and vendors.
  5. On-Site Event Management:
    • Direct and supervise all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, dรฉcor, catering, and guest management.
    • Handle any unforeseen issues or emergencies with composure and efficiency to ensure a stress-free experience for the couple and their guests.
  6. Budget Planning and Financial Management:
    • Create and manage wedding budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
    • Provide transparent financial reports to clients throughout the planning process.
  7. Post-Event Follow-Up:
    • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback from clients and vendors, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Maintain relationships with clients post-event, offering assistance with any additional needs or future celebrations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
