Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

2. Inventory Management:

   • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock and availability of products as per demand.
3. Operational Efficiency:
   • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, streamlining workflow, and minimizing errors.
   • Monitor and analyze warehouse processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
   • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technological tools to automate tasks and optimize operational performance.
4. Health and Safety Compliance:
   • Uphold strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
   • Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
   • Provide training on safety procedures and emergency protocols to warehouse personnel, promoting a culture of safety awareness and accident prevention.
5. Customer Service and Quality Assurance:
   • Collaborate with the customer service team to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, meeting or exceeding customer expectations for timeliness and product quality.
   • Implement quality control measures to inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, identifying any discrepancies or defects and taking corrective action as necessary.
   • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse management or a similar role is advantageous, but not mandatory. Fresher candidates with a strong academic background and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
