Key Responsibilities:

2. Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory control procedures to accurately track stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and optimize warehouse space utilization. Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
3. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to facilitate the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and compliance with safety and quality standards.
4. Operational Efficiency: Streamline warehouse processes and workflows to enhance productivity and minimize costs. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and maximize throughput.
5. Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control measures to uphold product integrity and customer satisfaction. Implement quality inspection procedures and address any issues or non-conformities promptly and effectively.
6. Health and Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections, provide training on safe work practices, and address any safety concerns promptly.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipping documents, and other relevant paperwork. Generate reports on key performance indicators, such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and warehouse productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience: While prior experience in warehouse management is advantageous, we also welcome applications from freshers who demonstrate strong leadership potential and a willingness to learn.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications. Familiarity with inventory control principles and best practices.
