We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager in Jaipur. Responsibilities:

2. Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
3. Customer Service: Champion the customer experience by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring their needs are met. Strive to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships.
4. Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, upselling techniques, and promotional activities. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Staff Development: Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Monitor cash handling procedures and oversee the opening and closing of the store.
7. Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling staff shifts, managing payroll, and preparing sales reports. Utilize technology and software systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Previous experience in retail management or customer service is preferred but not required. We welcome both fresher and experienced candidates who demonstrate leadership potential and a strong work ethic.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively interacting with customers, staff, and vendors.
