Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a secure and safe environment for our premises, employees, clients, and visitors. You will be entrusted with the protection of assets, property, and people, while also enforcing applicable laws and regulations. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Monitoring: Utilize surveillance systems, patrols, and other security measures to monitor premises for suspicious activity, theft, vandalism, or any other potential security breaches.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the facility. Verify identification and issue visitor passes as necessary.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security incidents. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors by offering assistance, directions, and information as needed. Act as a friendly and approachable presence while maintaining professionalism and authority.
5. Report Writing: Document any incidents, disturbances, or violations of rules and regulations in detailed written reports. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unauthorized access.
6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and emergency responders to coordinate responses to security threats or incidents effectively.
7. Security Procedures: Adhere to established security procedures and protocols, including but not limited to, patrolling schedules, alarm systems, and emergency response plans. Stay updated on security best practices and participate in training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
• Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in security-related fields is a plus.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply, as we provide comprehensive training. Experienced individuals with prior security, military, or law enforcement backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds may be required.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or the local language. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals calmly and professionally.
• Integrity: Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and reliability. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment in sensitive situations.
