Key Responsibilities

Craft Intuitive Front-End Experiences

• Design and build visually striking websites using Webflow with pixel-level precision
• Turn Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into functional and responsive pages.
• Implement smooth animations, transitions, and interactions to elevate user engagement.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

• Work alongside UI/UX designers, content strategists, and developers to bring concepts to life.
• Share feedback in regular team reviews and brainstorming sessions, ensuring the design intent is met.
• Stay engaged in team discussions and help shape future design system standards.

Maintain and Evolve Web Infrastructure

• Ensure websites are SEO-optimized, responsive, and accessible across all devices.
• Maintain scalable templates, CMS structures, and modular systems in Webflow.
• Debug front-end issues quickly and efficiently while ensuring long-term code health.

Champion Best Practices

• Prioritize clean, semantic HTML and CSS using Webflow’s visual coding interface.
• Implement modern web accessibility standards (WCAG) to make every project inclusive.
• Contribute to documentation and reusable components that benefit the broader team.

Tools and Technologies

• Webflow CMS and Designer
• HTML5/CSS3 (within Webflow’s no-code/low-code structure)
• Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch for design collaboration
• Google Lighthouse, Semrush, and other web performance tools
• Slack, Notion, Trello, or Asana for team coordination

Required Skills and Qualifications

Core Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing live responsive websites built in Webflow
• Solid understanding of CSS hierarchy, box model, and grid/flexbox systems
• Ability to build dynamic pages using Webflow CMS collections
• Comfort working across time zones and communicating asynchronously
