Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, analyze, and resolve integration-related issues with a focus on minimizing downtime and data inconsistencies.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical implementation plans.
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code to support integration logic.

- Build custom connectors or scripts when out-of-the-box integration tools do not meet specific business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for system connectivity and inter-service communication protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in API integration, web development, or a related technical field.
- Solid expertise in REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and system-to-system communication.
- Hands-on coding experience using Python, Node.js, PHP, or a comparable scripting language.
- Practical understanding of modern authentication frameworks like OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SAML.
- Proven ability to produce technical documentation for integration processes and standards.
- Proficiency with API testing utilities such as Postman, Swagger, or Insomnia.
- Familiarity with source control platforms, including GitHub or GitLab.
- Experience with iterative development environments and Agile project methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based environments like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure, especially utilizing serverless tools and deployment models.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities for handling multiple parallel initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working with GraphQL and complex data-fetching structures.
- Exposure to major business platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP.
- Experience with tools for transforming and mapping data sets across services.
- Understanding of architectural design patterns, including middleware and asynchronous message queues.
- Awareness of front-end technologies like React, Vue.js, or Angular for integration alignment.
