What You’ll Do: Everyday Impact

• Turn UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and fast-loading web pages.
• Collaborate with designers to align visual concepts, functionality, visual design, and interactive behavior.
• Ensure consistent cross-device and cross-browser performance.
• Code for accessibility and follow best practices aligned with WCAG standards.
• Review code, offer feedback, and stay engaged in team sprints.
• Solve technical bugs across platforms while keeping performance in mind.
• Write clean, maintainable components using modern JavaScript practices.

Skills & Qualifications: What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with React, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• A good design sense and commitment to detail.
• Familiarity with remote tools like Slack, Trello, Figma, and Loom.
• Passion for writing inclusive code and supporting accessible web practices.
