Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate various types of digital content (text, images, multimedia) across websites and apps.
• Apply predefined guidelines to assess relevance, tone, accuracy, and user value.
• Identify patterns of misinformation, outdated information, or irrelevant materials.
• Rate content quality across different categories, including eCommerce, travel, finance, education, and news.
• Collaborate asynchronously with quality assurance teams to improve evaluation standards.
• Provide concise, insightful feedback that informs machine learning systems and editorial improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in SEO, digital literacy, and content moderation best practices.

Tools & Technologies

You’ll work within a secure cloud-based assessment platform that facilitates access to daily tasks. Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, browser developer tools, or Chrome extensions is a bonus but not a deal-breaker. We believe great assessors can learn quickly. As long as you're comfortable working across multiple tabs, navigating search engines, and following precise instructions, you're set up for success.

Essential Qualifications

• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• A stable broadband setup and a reliable personal device

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Background in linguistics, journalism, library science, or digital marketing
• Experience with SEO best practices or web moderation tools
• Previous remote work or freelance experience in editorial/content roles

Compensation & Benefits

This is a fully remote, contract-based position with flexible hours. Compensation is based on performance and volume of tasks completed.

Annual Salary: $51,000
