Key Responsibilities

User-Centered Design & Strategy

• Lead the design process from discovery to deployment, integrating user feedback and behavior research into all design iterations.
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive wireframes, flows, and polished high-fidelity prototypes.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and inclusivity in all interface decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to ensure design cohesion and efficiency.
• Act as the design voice in strategic planning sessions, product reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and design sprint exercises across departments.

Visual & Interaction Design

• Maintain and evolve the design system while delivering modern, consistent UI components.
• Design beautiful, scalable interfaces optimized for responsiveness across devices.
• Explore new visual trends and apply refined principles of typography, layout, and color theory.

Iterative Development & Testing

• Rapidly prototype and test new ideas using Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Integrate qualitative and quantitative insights to refine user flows and microinteractions.
• Support A/B testing and contribute to usability studies that validate design outcomes.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX expertise
• Proven experience designing for responsive web and native mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with cross-platform design systems
• Deep understanding of UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and visual storytelling
• Experience working in Agile environments and comfort with fast-paced iteration
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills that bring design rationale to life
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining design quality and consistency
