Key Responsibilities

• Interpret CPT and ICD-10 codes to determine procedural necessity and insurance compliance.

Communication and Coordination

Stakeholder Collaboration

Patient and Provider Updates

• Notify care teams and patients of authorization status and communicate required next steps.
