What Youโll Be Responsible For
Monthly Operations Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee monthly box production, including inventory prep and fulfillment.
- Partner with procurement and creative teams to finalize box contents and design timelines.
- Create order projections and fulfillment forecasts based on current trends and seasonality.
Vendor Oversight & Relationship Building
- Manage vendor sourcing, packaging partners, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Conduct performance evaluations for each vendor to ensure accountability and consistent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Negotiate contracts to improve lead times and reduce costs.
Data-Driven Process Optimization
- Analyze shipping reports, customer feedback, and cycle time data to improve accuracy.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement automation or workflow improvements.
- Maintain inventory visibility across platforms and reconcile discrepancies quickly.
Quality Control & Customer Happiness
- Lead quality control efforts to ensure accurate, on-brand, and safe deliveries.
- Minimize returns and reships through predictive checks and strong vendor oversight.
- Collaborate with customer success to resolve escalated fulfillment issues.

What You Bring to the Role
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of operations, logistics, or supply chain experience, preferably in DTC or subscription business models
- Demonstrated success managing inventory cycles and multi-vendor operations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to track complex projects from start to finish
- Data literacy and the ability to create action plans from metrics
