Key Responsibilities

Validate the Future

• Design and execute validation protocols that simulate real-world usage scenarios.
• Develop detailed test strategies and verification plans for software modules and full-stack systems.
• Maintain traceability matrices to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Collaborate with Creative Forces

• Partner with software engineers, product designers, and system architects to review requirements and design specs.
• Translate business logic into testable conditions that uncover functional gaps.
• Provide meaningful validation feedback during sprint reviews.

Build Test Assets that Matter

• Create and sustain automated testing programs leveraging Python. Java, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate validation layers into continuous integration pipelines for quick feedback loops.
• Track defects, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolution.

Tools & Technologies

Your Toolkit Should Include

• Automation tools like Selenium, Robot Framework, or TestNG.
• CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
• Jira, Confluence, and other agile-friendly platforms.
• Programming and scripting expertise with languages like Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.

Required Qualifications

Your Background

• A bachelor’s or master’s qualification in fields such as computer science, software engineering, or closely related areas.
• 4+ years of hands-on validation experience, ideally in an agile remote environment.
• Deep understanding of test methodologies: functional, regression, performance, and stress testing.
• Solid experience with remote-first software validation, from planning to execution.
• Strong communication chops — written, verbal, and in-between.

• An annual salary of $117,123 (with performance-based increases)
