Your Mission: Make Every Pixel Count
You’ll craft social strategies rooted in real audience insights—not vanity metrics. Through engaging storytelling and data-driven experimentation, you’ll guide our presence across key platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. Your campaigns will turn followers into advocates, and your voice will echo across timelines in a way that feels natural, timely, and relevant.
What Success Looks Like
- Design and execute platform-specific strategies that increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Build and manage a unified content calendar that strikes a balance between promotional content, educational content, and inspirational content.
- Monitor conversations, trends, and cultural moments—and translate them into opportunities.
- Launch campaigns that drive product awareness and brand credibility simultaneously
- Partner with creative, paid media, and product teams to align messaging across the funnel
- Analyze performance metrics and use those insights to iterate quickly
- Use storytelling to build emotional connections between the brand and its audience

You're a strategist and a creator, and your digital toolbox reflects that. You’ll use:

- Analytics & Listening: Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Brandwatch
- Creative Collaboration: Slack, Notion, Miro, Loom
- Campaign Planning: Airtable, Trello, Meta Business Suite

What You Bring to the Table
You’ve already demonstrated your ability to turn insights into content that makes people stop scrolling. But more importantly, you:
- Have at least three years of experience in social strategy, ideally in a remote or digital-first environment
- Write with clarity, empathy, and spark
- Understand platform algorithms and how to work with (not against) them
- Know how to read analytics without losing the human story behind the numbers
- Are confident presenting ideas, learning fast, and pivoting when needed
- Can take ownership of projects while collaborating across teams
You simplify complex messages, ask thought-provoking questions, and genuinely care about the audience experience.

Your Compensation
