Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X /X, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Build and maintain a unified brand voice across all platforms through visual and written storytelling.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, competitor activity, and algorithm shifts to adjust content strategies proactively.
- Coordinate editorial calendars and post schedules using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, copywriting, video, and product teams.
- Analyze post metrics, growth patterns, and audience behavior to refine strategy.
- Report performance to stakeholders monthly with visual dashboards and strategic recommendations
- Plan and run A/B tests on post types, headlines, and images to optimize engagement
- Manage and monitor paid social campaigns with clear KPIs and performance tracking.
- Oversee community engagement by responding to DMs, comments, and tags in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content.
- Ensure that all published content aligns with accessibility and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably in a remote work setting
- Strong knowledge of digital engagement strategies and audience targeting
- Proficiency in using native analytics dashboards and third-party tools like Sprout Social or Google Analytics
- Skilled in developing performance-driven strategies for both paid and organic content
- Competent in writing platform-specific copy and adapting tone for different audiences
- Basic design capabilities using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience managing concurrent campaigns across multiple time zones
- Organized and capable of owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in managing social accounts for SaaS, mobile apps, or eCommerce products
- Working knowledge of performance marketing and retargeting through social ads
- Familiarity with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut or InShot
- Understanding of creator economy trends and influencer collaboration best practices
- Proven record of executing data-informed creative campaigns that drove measurable results
