Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies tailored for e-commerce audiences
  • Plan, schedule, and optimize content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate on multimedia campaigns, from copywriting to visual storytelling to short-form video creation
  • Manage paid social campaigns, including A/B testing, retargeting, and ROI optimization
  • Monitor emerging trends in social commerce, influencer marketing, and platform algorithms
  • Respond to community engagement with thoughtful, brand-aligned communication
  • Partner with product and creative teams to support promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
  • Analyze social media metrics like CTR, reach, impressions, and conversion rates to shape strategy
  • Maintain brand voice consistency while adapting tone to platform nuances

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to grow audiences, increase engagement, and oversee ad budgets effectively
  • Strong storytelling skills across visual and written formats, tailored for specific platforms
  • Expertise in using current and emerging tools like Reels, Threads, and Stories
  • Proven success managing deadlines in dynamic, high-demand digital environments
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with influencer collaboration, UGC licensing, and affiliate marketing
  • Background in managing campaigns for product launches, sales events, or promotional periods
  • Experience creating viral or highly engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for creative ideation without compromising originality
