Own the Editing Pipeline

From the raw import to the final render, youโ€™ll manage the full video lifecycle. Youโ€™ll use layered timelines in Premiere Pro, dynamic transitions in After Effects, and mix audio that sounds crisp on everything from AirPods to studio monitors. And you wonโ€™t just editโ€”youโ€™ll improve the workflow with naming conventions, backup plans, and review cycles that reduce friction across the team.

Guide Visual Strategy

Youโ€™ll set the tone for how our brand moves and breathes on screen. Do you need a lower-third style for an upcoming keynote? You'll design it. Planning a new series of testimonial edits? Youโ€™ll outline the structure and create a repeatable visual system that scales. Everything you touch will strengthen our visual identity.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Collaborate with producers, designers, and copywriters to craft cohesive video content that supports marketing goals.
  • Edit a mix of short-form and long-form content for YouTube, LinkedIn, internal comms, and product releases.
  • Incorporate motion graphics and kinetic typography to clarify messaging and reinforce branding.
  • Work with storyboards and mood boards to maintain visual cohesion across projects.
  • Implement feedback efficiently via Frame.io or Loom to drive fast iteration and alignment.
  • Optimize final outputs for a range of channels and formats: vertical reels, 16:9 explainer videos, square promos, and more.
  • Maintain archive libraries of b-roll, templates, and presets to improve future efficiency.

  • You bring 8+ years of hands-on editing experience, ideally in brand storytelling or creative marketing.
  • You understand how to balance creative flair with marketing intentโ€”not every shot needs a lens flare.
  • You simplify complex narratives, even when the raw footage is messy or the brief is evolving.
  • You know when to follow structure and when to break it to create surprise and delight.
  • You collaborate well across functions and simplify decisions during rounds of feedback.
  • Youโ€™ve worked with multiple stakeholders remotely and communicate visually and verbally with clarity.

Bonus if You...

  • Have experience in color correction and grading for brand consistency
  • Can animate micro-interactions or icons in After Effects
  • Have experience working with LUTs and building cohesive looks across footage types
  • Understand the nuances of audio mixing and leveling across platforms

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time remote role with a competitive salary of $108,248 per year, commensurate with experience and scope of work. In addition to your compensation, you'll benefit from a creative-first culture that values growth, autonomy, and shared success.
