Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution Oversight

• Design test coordination strategies aligned with agile sprint goals and delivery timelines.
• Schedule and supervise manual and automated testing workflows with distributed QA teams.
• Evaluate and validate test scenarios and documentation to confirm alignment with user stories and quality benchmarks.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between developers, analysts, and testers to manage testing logistics.
• Facilitate daily QA stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and defect triage meetings.
• Guide team discussions to resolve test gaps and escalate critical issues early.

Reporting & Documentation

• Track defect lifecycle and maintain detailed QA documentation in tools like JIRA or TestRail.
• Generate real-time dashboards and weekly summaries for stakeholders.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify areas for process improvement.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

• Minimum 3 years of QA or software testing experience in agile environments
• Prior experience coordinating distributed or hybrid QA teams is highly preferred

Technical and Soft Skills

• Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle and QA methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working across time zones with asynchronous tools

Educational Background
