What You’ll Help Us Build

You won’t be chasing down test cases in a vacuum. Your work will ensure new features work for real users in real-world conditions. You'll:

• Lead regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across major product releases.
• Partner with engineers to anticipate edge cases before deploying code to production.
• Validate that user journeys are seamless, logical, and delightful.
• Uncover system vulnerabilities long before customers ever experience them.
• Contribute feedback that shapes how products are designed, not just how they're tested.

How You'll Make an Impact

This isn’t about blindly following test scripts. Your insight will influence decisions across design, engineering, and product. You’ll help answer:

• Does this onboarding flow make sense for new users?
• Are we solving the correct problems, or just building faster?
• Will our system withstand high-traffic conditions on the day of launch?

By being the user advocate before anything goes live, you become the final gatekeeper of quality. Every green light you give comes with deep confidence, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs post-launch.

Our Remote Stack

We collaborate in ways that make remote feel intentional. No endless Slack pings, no chaotic documentation trails. Our toolkit supports deep focus and clear handoffs:

• Jira for backlog grooming and test tracking
• TestRail for structured test management
• Postman and Swagger for API validation
• BrowserStack for multi-device compatibility
• Notion for documentation that’s readable
• Zoom and Slack for connection and quick problem-solving

You’ll also join sprint reviews, design critiques, and roadmap planning sessions. Everyone has a voice here, and yours will carry weight.

About You

If you love finding flaws before they become problems, you’ll thrive here. You probably:

• Think like a user, even when you're knee-deep in logs
• Have 3+ years of experience in QA for web-based SaaS platforms
• Understand how automated and manual testing complement each other
• Bring a systems mindset to your test strategy
• Spot ambiguous requirements a mile away and raise flags early
• Communicate like a pro, whether it's in a test case comment or a team call

You simplify complex ideas—whether it’s over Zoom or Slack. And when someone says, "Can you check this real quick?" you ask thoughtful questions that lead to better answers.
