Core Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and refine manual test plans that support both rapid feature launches and long-term product stability.
• Document your process in a way that demystifies complex steps for teammates across design, support, and engineering.
• Partner with product managers, developers, and support specialists—bringing their feedback into every test cycle.
• Anticipate user needs and report bugs that may only surface in real-world scenarios.
• Own the test environment: review requirements, reproduce reported issues, and validate fixes before deployment.
• Leverage collaboration tools like Jira, Slack, and Notion so everyone—from design to support—has instant visibility on progress and open issues.
• Share knowledge, mentor peers, and foster a culture where turning lessons into action is an integral part of the everyday workflow.

• You believe that great QA is proactive, not reactive, and you don’t shy away from challenging requirements or deadlines.
• Prior exposure to agile workflows, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews is a plus.
• Experience with collaboration and documentation tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, or similar.
• Bonus: Familiarity with cloud platforms, real device testing, or exploratory QA methods.
