Key Responsibilities

Daily Duties and Expectations

• Retouch high-resolution portrait images using tools like Adobe Photoshop with a strong understanding of skin tones, color balance, and lighting dynamics

• Collaborate with photographers and creative leads to understand retouching direction for varied projects.
• Adjust tone, clarity, and visual balance while removing unwanted elements from the frame.
• Ensure output files meet size, color space, and file format specifications for print and digital use.
• Follow quality assurance protocols and participate in feedback sessions to continually refine results.
