Key Responsibilities

Podcast Production Leadership

• Own the end-to-end podcast workflow, from pre-production to post.
• Develop production schedules, manage deadlines, and ensure episode consistency.
• Coach hosts and guests on audio presence and narrative clarity.

Audio Editing and Engineering

• Use advanced editing tools like Adobe Audition, Hindenburg, and Pro Tools.
• Mix, master, and optimize audio for all platforms, including Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
• Achieve superior sound quality by utilizing compression, equalization (EQ), and noise reduction techniques.

Content Strategy and Planning

• Collaborate on storyboarding, segment planning, and content arcs.
• Analyze listener trends and feedback to evolve show formats.
• Incorporate seasonal NFL milestones, playoff coverage, and draft analysis into planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with digital teams to embed episodes across content channels.
• Coordinate with social media managers to schedule teaser clips and promos.
• Align with data teams to track listener engagement and retention metrics.

Guest Booking and Coordination

• Research and reach out to potential guests, including former players, coaches, and NFL insiders.
