Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with product managers, marketers, designers, and developers to align on project goals.

Quality Assurance

  • Maintain and enforce quality standards across all language pairs.
  • Develop linguistic assets including glossaries, term bases, and translation memory.

Project Management and Workflow Optimization

  • Implement best practices for localization in workflow design.
  • Monitor and report progress on all localization projects using analytics tools.
  • Troubleshoot inconsistencies and strive for efficient turnaround times without compromising quality.

Qualifications and Core Skills

Language and Cultural Expertise

  • Proficient in English and fluent in at least one primary market language (Spanish, French, German, Japanese, or Mandarin preferred).
  • Strong understanding of regional dialects, idioms, and cultural references.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a localization or translation project management role.
