Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

• Work closely with UX specialists and project stakeholders to build responsive web applications
• Write, test, and maintain clean JavaScript (ES6+) code
• Develop and optimize React components and client-side logic

Quality and Performance

• Ensure web interfaces meet modern accessibility and performance standards
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for front-end/backend communication
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement reliable fixes

• Advocate for usability and maintainability in all engineering decisions

Required Qualifications

Core Competencies

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with front-end development
• Mastery of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Proficiency with React.js and state management libraries like Redux or Context API

Technical Skills

• Understanding of build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Firm grasp of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams remotely
• Comfortable with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha
