Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Work closely with UX specialists and project stakeholders to build responsive web applications
- Write, test, and maintain clean JavaScript (ES6+) code
- Develop and optimize React components and client-side logic
Quality and Performance
- Ensure web interfaces meet modern accessibility and performance standards
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for front-end/backend communication
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement reliable fixes
Team Contribution
- Advocate for usability and maintainability in all engineering decisions
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement discussions
Required Qualifications
Core Competencies
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with front-end development
- Mastery of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Proficiency with React.js and state management libraries like Redux or Context API
Technical Skills
- Understanding of build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
- Firm grasp of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams remotely
- Comfortable with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha
