Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect microservices-based solutions for cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Optimize services for latency, load balancing, and fault tolerance.
• Translate business needs into clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Cloud Integration & Deployment

• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate services via Kubernetes.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development and ensure consistency across releases.
• Configure cloud-based monitoring and alerting to detect issues early.
• Promote infrastructure-as-code principles using tools like Terraform.

Agile Collaboration & Inclusive Communication

• Actively contribute to daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions.
• Foster a psychologically safe environment by listening empathetically and providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate remotely with design, QA, and product teams to align goals and resolve blockers.

Education & Certifications
