What You’ll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely remote tech assistance to users on Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
- Troubleshoot networking issues, from VPN connectivity to DNS configurations
- Manage software installations, patches, and routine maintenance remotely
- Configure email clients, resolve sync issues, and guide users through secure access
- Use remote desktop tools and ticketing systems to track support cases and resolutions
- Guide users through tech issues with patience, empathy, and clear communication
- Maintain security protocols and ensure systems comply with IT policies
- Document resolutions and help maintain a growing knowledge base

What You Bring: Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proficient in working with multiple operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux, and networking fundamentals
- Comfort with cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoom
- Ability to explain complex solutions in user-friendly terms
- Excellent time management and task prioritization capabilities support requests
- Self-driven, independent, and capable of working in a fast-paced remote environment
- At least 1 year of technical support experience (remote support preferred)
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Fundamentals are a plus
