Key Responsibilities

Drive Remote Onboarding & Engagement

  • Design and implement virtual onboarding processes that help new hires thrive from their first week.

  • Monitor engagement and run creative initiatives—such as team-building sessions, digital coffee chats, or virtual celebrations—that spark meaningful connections.

Champion Employee Support

Optimize HR Processes & Tools

  • Partner with payroll, compliance, and benefits vendors to ensure seamless HR operations.

Foster a Connected Remote Culture

  • Coordinate virtual team events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives that keep morale high.
  • Encourage open dialogue and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion—ensuring every voice is heard, regardless of the time zone.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in HR, talent coordination, or employee relations—remote experience is a significant plus.
