🧠 What You'll Be Doing

As our Remote Full-Stack Web Developer, you won't just be pushing code. You’ll be shaping product vision, architecting smart back-ends, polishing beautiful front-ends, and sometimes even naming the buttons ("Submit" is boring—we know). Your playground is the full development stack—from RESTful APIs and cloud integrations to pixel-perfect, reactive interfaces.

💡 Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop dynamic web applications using modern frameworks and JavaScript libraries.
• Craft elegant, well-structured solutions with a strong focus on long-term efficiency and optimal execution.
• Design and consume APIs, implement secure authentication flows, and handle complex state management.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform mockups into fully responsive and accessible experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, QA, and fellow engineers to ship features that matter.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, mentor junior developers, and advocate for code quality and testing.

🎓 Must-Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong expertise with both modern front-end frameworks and scalable back-end design.
• Experience building cloud-native applications in a distributed team setting.
• Proven ability to architect and deliver responsive, secure, and high-performance platforms.
• Excellent command of Git workflows and agile collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication (yes, emojis in Slack are encouraged).
