What You’ll Be Crafting: Core Responsibilities

🔧 Establish and Maintain Design Systems

• Architect and expand scalable design systems across web products
• Develop reusable, accessible UI components using modern frameworks
• Collaborate with product designers to align visuals and functionality

🌍 Drive Design Consistency Across Teams

• Act as a bridge between design and engineering
• Facilitate the adoption of design patterns and style guidelines
• Maintain design token libraries to unify spacing, colors, and typography

🛠 Implement Best Practices in Front-End Engineering
