Key Responsibilities
Core Testing Duties
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for embedded systems and firmware components.
- Simulate edge-case environments to identify and resolve obscure bugs in complex hardware-software interactions.
- Collaborate with firmware developers to identify root causes and implement lasting fixes.
Advanced Debugging & Analysis
- Conduct regression and performance tests for low-level system components.
- Use diagnostic tools, JTAG debuggers, and emulators to validate microcontroller behavior.
- Maintain and evolve automated testing pipelines using scripting tools and continuous integration (CI) frameworks.
- Contribute to the documentation of testing strategies, results, and benchmarks.
