Your Core Mission
As our Remote Email Marketing Specialist, your job is to architect high-performing campaigns that transform inboxes into engagement hubs. Reporting to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing, you'll be an essential player in designing retention experiences that feel personal, not programmed.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Design and deploy engaging email campaigns, from concept through to delivery, with laser-sharp attention to timing and performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to keep messaging aligned with brand tone and audience expectations.
Segmentation and Personalization
- Segment user lists strategically, leveraging behavior, lifecycle stage, and demographic data for hyper-personalized outreach.
- Implement strategies for re-engagement, onboarding, and churn prevention across both marketing and transactional email workflows.
Testing and Optimization
- Develop and iterate on A/B tests that uncover new subject line winners, click-through champions, and timing sweet spots.
- Analyze email performance using real-time dashboards, adjusting tactics to improve deliverability, CTR, and conversion continually.
Automation and Workflow Management
- Automate customer journeys using tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign to keep engagement humming even while you sleep.

Candidate Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
