About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading UX strategy and user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and closely collaborating with UI designers, product managers, and developers. You’ll dig into real user behaviors, map out journeys, and advocate for seamless interfaces tailored for conversion and ease. Key Responsibilities

User Research and Strategy

  • Lead and conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate and improve design solutions.

UX Design and Collaboration

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on research findings and product objectives.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to transform strategic objectives into user-centered solutions.

Accessibility and Advocacy

  • Conduct heuristic evaluations and accessibility audits to ensure experiences are inclusive.
  • Advocate for the user at every stage of the development process.

  • Figma and FigJam for design and prototyping
  • Notion and Confluence for documentation and planning
  • Maze, Hotjar, or similar for user testing and behavioral insights
  • Jira or Trello for task management and sprint tracking
  • Slack and Zoom for daily communication
  • Accessibility evaluation tools like Axe or WAVE

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of UX design experience in eCommerce or similar digital product environments
  • Strong portfolio showcasing human-centered design and intuitive user flows
  • Experience in conducting and synthesizing user research
  • Knowledge of UX heuristics, responsive design, and accessibility established methodologies
  • Hands-on experience using platforms like Figma and Adobe XD
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Empathy-driven approach with a passion for problem-solving and creativity
