Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Execution of Email Campaigns
- Plan, create, and deploy automated and promotional email campaigns that reflect our brand tone, align with marketing initiatives, and drive revenue.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all digital campaigns, adapting for seasonal promotions and product launches.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content blocks, send times, and calls to action to increase effectiveness.
Personalization and Lifecycle Marketing
- Develop segmentation strategies that address specific user behaviors, purchase patterns, and engagement levels.
- Manage customer lifecycle email programs, from onboarding to post-purchase retention campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, content, and customer success teams to build seamless journeys that anticipate user needs.
Analysis and Optimization
- Utilize analytics platforms to monitor key campaign performance metrics, including open rate, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, bounce rate, and unsubscribe trends.
- Present monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Regularly audit email flows for technical issues, content accuracy, and design responsiveness.
Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams
- Partner with design and UX teams to ensure emails are visually appealing and mobile-responsive.
- Work with developers to troubleshoot deliverability issues and maintain healthy list hygiene.
- Integrate customer feedback from service and sales channels to inform campaign tone and messaging priorities.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally within the eCommerce space
- Proven results in lifecycle campaigns, including cart abandonment, win-back, and promotional sequences
- Deep understanding of segmentation logic and audience targeting
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills tailored for performance marketing
- Experience working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in campaign analytics and conversion tracking
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
- Experience creating campaigns for global or multilingual audiences
- Familiarity with compliance best practices, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL
