Key Responsibilities
Analyze, Interpret, and Elevate
- Extract actionable insights from vast datasets to optimize digital performance.
- Build robust dashboards and KPI trackers that influence product decisions
- Deliver ad hoc analyses for promotions, channel behavior, customer cohorts, and more
Collaborate to Innovate
- Partner with marketing, UX, and operations teams to improve conversion rates and user journeys
- Support A/B tests and campaign evaluations with statistical rigor
- Make sense of cross-channel behaviors and multi-touch attribution paths
Advocate for Accuracy
- Ensure data integrity across platforms (GA4, Shopify, Tableau, etc.)
- Maintain data pipelines and validate ETL processes
- Contribute to data governance standards and documentation
Tools and Technology
Analytics and Reporting Platforms
- SQL for precise, on-demand data mining
- Excel/Google Sheets for agile reporting
- Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for dashboard creation
Digital Measurement and Tracking
- Google Analytics & Tag Manager for digital footprint tracking
- Python or R (a plus!) for advanced analytics or automation

Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics, marketing insights, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool
- Comfort working with large datasets and eCommerce KPIs (CPC, CLV, bounce rate, etc.)
- Strong communication skills: you can explain funnel drop-offs to a marketer and variance anomalies to a CEO
- A self-starter attitude, with excellent prioritization and time management
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of Shopify analytics, Klaviyo, or SEM/SEO metrics
- Experience in remote team environments or async-first cultures
- Prior work involving predictive modeling or machine learning
