Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Fulfillment

• Oversee and optimize all stages of order processing, from purchase to delivery.
• Coordinate with fulfillment centers, shipping partners, and returns processing units.
• Maintain service-level agreements and improve turnaround timelines

Inventory Planning & Control

• Monitor inventory across platforms to avoid overselling or stockouts
• Forecast demand using seasonal trends and historical data analytics
• Implement strategies to improve product availability and reduce carrying costs

Vendor & Platform Coordination

• Manage third-party e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
• Establish robust communication channels with vendors, logistics teams, and internal departments.
• Establish performance dashboards to track KPIs for vendor operations

Customer Support Integration

• Partner with support teams to uncover recurring issues and resolve their root causes.
• Ensure frictionless post-purchase experiences through automated tracking and improved returns efficiency.

Operational Strategy & Insights

• Leverage data analytics to inform operational decision-making
• Introduce tech solutions to automate routine processes and improve operational flow
• Propose scalable improvements aligned with business growth

Your Work Environment

This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity available to candidates nationwide. What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
