What You'll Be Doing

As our DTC Strategist, your mission is to architect, implement, and refine digital strategies that deepen consumer relationships, enhance customer lifetime value, and scale acquisition efficiently. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to optimize every touchpoint across the eCommerce funnel—from awareness to advocacy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a comprehensive DTC strategy to increase online sales and subscription growth.
  • Analyze customer behavior and segment data to personalize lifecycle marketing efforts.
  • Launch and monitor multichannel campaigns, including paid social, influencer partnerships, email flows, and SEO-focused content.
  • Design and execute A/B testing plans for landing pages, funnels, and ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and CX teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging and promotions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and retention metrics.
  • Identify emerging trends in consumer behavior and propose agile strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify strategic opportunities for differentiation.

What You Bring to the Table

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in DTC marketing, preferably within eCommerce or subscription-based businesses
  • Demonstrated success managing customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Firm grasp of digital marketing channels, including paid media, email, and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience with tools like Klaviyo, GA4, and Shopify
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a deep understanding of lifetime value (LTV), CAC, and segmentation
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Comfort operating independently in a remote-first environment
