What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Analysis & Performance Measurement
- Monitor KPIs across paid search, email, SEO, and social platforms
- Use GA4, Looker Studio, and similar tools to extract insights from complex datasets
- Build detailed dashboards that summarize channel performance, lead attribution, and conversion trends
- Translate data into marketing recommendations that optimize spend and maximize ROI
- Present findings in easy-to-understand formats for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Marketing Optimization & Insights
- Analyze user flow and recommend adjustments to improve conversion rates
- Drive enhancements to landing pages and campaign content through data-backed insights
- Work with UX teams to identify opportunities that reduce friction in the customer journey
- Assess the outcomes of split testing initiatives and multivariate testing
- Provide ongoing recommendations to refine marketing automation and retargeting strategies
Cross-Platform Collaboration
- Join brainstorming sessions with designers and copywriters to align creative with performance goals.
- Partner with media buyers to adjust bids, refine targeting, and manage performance pacing
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize messaging based on traffic and engagement trends.
- Share campaign learnings across departments to create a unified growth strategy
- Contribute to post-campaign reviews and propose next-step recommendations based on data outcomes.

- A minimum of three years working in performance-focused digital analytics or performance measurement
- Firm grasp of marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email, and social
