Key Responsibilities and Daily Impact
Infrastructure Management and Automation
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support frequent deployments and stable releases.
- Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation for repeatable and scalable environments.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and system performance through automated provisioning and monitoring.
Security and Compliance Oversight
- Collaborate with security teams to manage system hardening, log analysis, and threat prevention.
- Monitor user access and apply role-based security controls across infrastructure layers.
- Implement compliance standards, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001, as well as cloud-native audit logging.
Cloud Platform Integration and Optimization
- Administer hybrid and cloud-native systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Optimize virtual networks, load balancing, and container orchestration platforms, such as Kubernetes.
- Maintain cost-effective scaling strategies while improving deployment efficiency.
Reliability and Incident Response
