  • Serve as the go-to expert for contract reviews, vendor onboarding, and process evaluations from a compliance perspective.
  • Create and update compliance documentation, manuals, and reporting systems with version control and traceability.
  • Collaborate across legal, finance, engineering, and HR to embed compliance standards into everyday work.
  • Monitor regulatory bodies and news sources for updates, maintaining a dynamic awareness dashboard for internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate compliance training sessions and micro-learning modules tailored to each team’s needs and workflows.
  • Support data privacy initiatives and ethical data usage policies that align with both external regulations and internal values.
  • Assist in implementing whistleblower protections, anti-fraud measures, and incident response protocols.
