Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Candidate Engagement

  • Identify, source, and screen bilingual candidates across various roles using online platforms, internal tools, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews with professionalism, clarity, and cultural sensitivity
  • Align recruitment strategies with department hiring needs and long-term organizational growth

Hiring Coordination and Process Optimization

  • Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to enhance role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal hiring standards across global locations.

Candidate Experience and Communication

  • Act as a primary point of contact for bilingual applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Build trust through consistent, transparent communication in both English and a second language (Spanish, French, or other)

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in recruitment or staffing specialist (remote recruiting experience preferred)
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, etc.)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across cultures and time zones
  • Understanding of recruitment compliance, workforce diversity, and inclusive hiring practices
  • Familiarity with remote hiring platforms and digital recruiting tools
  • Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to oversee several searches simultaneously
